- Simple transfer: Maximum 2 working days after your order has been approved*. This term is relevant for most numbers.
- Complex transfer: Maximum 3 working days after your order has been approved*. This term is relevant for number ranges of special numbers.
As soon as your number is transferred to edpnet or if there is some problem during the transfer, ednet will contact you.
*Taking into account possible technical problems that can arise during the transfer, such as a reject from the current provider or unavailability of the requested number.
