This page will explain how to configure the voicemail for your edpnet fixed telephony subscription. If you have an edpnet mobile subscription, check out our article on how to configure voicemail with your mobile subscription.
Voicemail activation
The voicemail is activated by default. You can record a new welcome message and listen to messages left on the voicemail by calling one of the following numbers:
- Call 1234 for Dutch
Call 1235 for French
Call 1236 for English
Voicemail to Email option
You can also set the voicemail to email via My edpnet > My Configuration > My Telephony. An audio file is sent to the email address which you have specified.
Click on the "edit" icon
Activate voicemail to e-mail:
- Change the voicemail icon from
to
by clicking on it
- Fill in the email address on which you want to receive the voice mail files
Deactivate voicemail to e-mail:
Change the voicemail icon from to
by clicking on it
Voicemail clearing or deactivation
If you would like to empty your voicemail inbox or if you don’t need the voicemail at all and would like it to be deactivated, get in touch with our Customer Service Center, we’ll do it for you!
