Setting up call forwarding

Call forwarding allows you to redirect incoming calls from your number to another phone number.

You can now forward calls to numbers outside Belgium. When entering a forwarding number, use the full international format, starting with a + and the country code (for example, +33 for France or +31 for the Netherlands).


iPhone: Enabling call forwarding

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Tap Call Forwarding.
  4. Toggle Call Forwarding to On.
  5. Tap Forward To and enter the destination number in international format (e.g., +3223456789 or +33612345678).
  6. Exit Settings - the change is saved automatically.

When call forwarding is active, a phone icon with an arrow appears in the status bar at the top of the screen.

Android: Enabling call forwarding

Steps may slightly vary depending on the manufacturer, but the general path is the same:

  1. Open the Phone app.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top corner.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Supplementary services (some devices show this as Calls or Calling accounts).
  5. Tap Call forwarding.
  6. Choose a forwarding mode: Always forward, Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered, or Forward when unreachable.
  7. Enter the destination number in international format (e.g.,+3223456789 or +33612345678).
  8. Tap Enable or Turn on.
